The RAG view
A grid of buildings against regimes, so a trustee or an owner can see where the problems are without reading anything.
Evidence packs
Build a single indexed, page-numbered PDF for a regime or a building, with a manifest of exactly which versions went into it.
Guided assessments
Structured assessments with a risk matrix, findings that become actions, and a gate that refuses where a competent person is legally required.
Checks and QR labels
Scheduled checks completed on a phone at the point of the check, stamped with who did it and when.
