- Certificate conditions as individual duties, each with its own evidence, rather than one document in a drawer. The conditions are what an inspection is actually about.
- Event-day checks — barriers, exits, turnstiles — completed on a phone at the point of the check, so a match day produces a record instead of a memory.
- Stewarding numbers and training tracked with expiry, so falling below what the certificate assumes is visible before the fixture rather than after it.
