What tends to matter here
- The register is the handover. When a churchwarden or trustee changes, what has to be done and when it was last done is in the system rather than in somebody's head.
- Volunteers acknowledge procedures by link, without accounts.
- Events that raise capacity are visible against the premises, which is what usually changes the duty set.
- Old buildings bring asbestos and legionella duties that a modern office does not, and the applicability questions ask about them.
