Record templates
Blank CSV files for the records that get asked for. No sign-up, no email address — they are files, and asking for an address in exchange for one would be a form, not a resource.

What a template cannot do
It cannot tell you which records you need. That follows from your premises, your activities and your own risk assessment, and no blank file knows any of it. These are structures that are commonly used, offered as a starting point — nothing here is legal advice.
