Service status

What we do when something breaks, and how you find out.

This page does not yet show live status. A status page that is generated by the same system it is reporting on tells you nothing during the outage that matters, so a real one has to be hosted independently. Until that exists, this page says what happens instead — which is more useful than a green tick that cannot go red.

If DutyHub is not responding

  • Email to be confirmed. If the service is down, mail still reaches us.
  • Tell us what you were doing and roughly when. It shortens diagnosis considerably.

Planned maintenance

Deployments are routine and are made without downtime. Where a change does require an outage we will tell subscribed customers in advance, with the window and what it affects.

Incidents

For an incident that affects data or availability we will tell affected customers what happened, what the impact was, and what we changed so it does not recur. If an incident involves personal data we will notify you without undue delay, because your own regulatory clock depends on hearing from us promptly.

Your data during an outage

Compliance deadlines do not pause because a system is unavailable. Evidence packs are files you can download and keep, and your records can be exported — deliberately, so that being unable to reach DutyHub is an inconvenience rather than a compliance problem.
